Regal Iron & Steel works was
incorporated in 1962 with a vision to cater to the domestic as well as
masood proudly claim that 95% of the total Indian out put of G.C.
Sheets is from their manufactured machines. They dedicate this
overwhelming success of their machines to their manufacturing facility
along with flexible and versatile production staff which allow them to
be both a custom fabricator and mass producer of products.
Our specialized
machines are:
- Sheet corrugation machine: The barrel type high
speed model offers a high rate of production and enhanced quality. The
company is manufacturing various models to corrugate full
hard/semi-hard/soft sheets of length from 16', width from 762mm to
1500mm and thickness from 0.10mm to 1.25mm. The machine has a capacity
of producing 15 to 30 sheets per minute.
- Sheet cut-to-length unit: The machine is
manufactured under strong R&D to give best end result. It is
mechanical line that comprises of (A) Decoiler, (B) Pinch Roll, (C)
Hump Table, (D) Shearing Machine and (E) Exit table. This unit cuts
length up to 16', width up to 1220mm and thickness from 0.10mm to
3.0mm. This machine enables the customer to reduce the inventory of
large quality of sheets of different lengths. The production capacity
of this line is 750 - 1000 metrics per hour by pedal operations.
Our range cover the entire spectrum and
is known for its high performance and durability. This has been made
possible due to dedicated and skilled manpower, use of latest
technological methods of quality control that are diligently followed.
